18 gauge wire twisted together, used a hot glue gun to glue foam around wire. Carved foam with scissors, wrapped and sewn knee-high fabric tightly around foam. Trimmed off extra fabric. Used an old tv-tray stand and wrapped the leftover/untwisted armature wire around a section of the stand.

Had limited equipment, just an old XL1 (with a terribly hard to see eyepiece) and a couple of Tota lights. We only had a couple hours in the recording studio, which apparently contained one of the most expensive audio boards in the world. It was just enough time to set up, attempt a few false starts, get our one recording, and tear down. Once the audio track was mixed, I came back to put it through post before their school closed for the night.
The song was originally created by Cree Summer, who is otherwise known for her voice acting talents, such as Penny from Inspector Gadget and Elmira from Tiny Toons. My roommate (the performer) was getting over illness, so with a limited and gritty voice he chose this song to fit within his ability that day. Honestly I really enjoy his version over the original song. In the end we were all quite happy with our work in such a short amount of time.
